I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
This Steptember, I’m walking 10,000 steps a day to raise funds for cerebral palsy research, therapy, and support — a cause that’s very close to my heart.
My daughter, Penny, is now 11 and lives with cerebral palsy (right-side spastic hemiplegia). She was diagnosed at 18 months, and since then has faced challenges with incredible strength. Penny has undergone surgery to lengthen the muscles in her legs, continues with regular physio and OT, and is now starting to navigate what high school will look like with CP.
She’s a resilient, “get on with it” kind of kid who inspires and amazes me every day with her courage. Stepping up this September is my way of honouring her determination and helping ensure other children and families have access to the support they need in those critical early years.
Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference in providing vital therapy and giving kids with CP the best chance to grow, thrive, and live independently.
If you’re able to support me this Steptember, it would mean so much to me, to Penny, and to so many families like ours.
💙 Donate now and help me step up for cerebral palsy.
