"STEPtember has been such a great success at EY as it gave Ability Network a fun and purposeful challenge to connect with our staff. STEPtember created a high level of engagement and competition across our many teams thoughout the world all while giving back and helping support people living with cerebral palsy. This made a 'STEP' change in our diversity and inclusion program throughout 2020, a year when we were most in need of connection, teamwork and wellbeing. Thank you to the team at CPA for their profressionalism, support and dedication in making this fundraising campaign a great success."

HOW STEPTEMBER WORKS
Strengthen the connection between your employees, no matter where they are working from, by encouraging them to participate in teams of up to four led by one team captain. Or, if they prefer, they can always participate as a Solo Stepper.
$25 per person registration fee or the company can pay.
Participants can move any way they like to take 10,000 steps per day. Over 40 activities count towards their daily steps.
Participants can track their steps using their phone or wearable device and record their steps online or through the STEPtember App. They can also request a STEPtember pedometer.
Organisations and participants fundraise online, supported with helpful tips and our STEPtember trainers.
Online leaderboards track the progress of your teams and organisation against other participating organisations.
Employees can celebrate their success on social media and encourage others to step up and join the virtual challenge.
Digital resources are available to help you and your employees spread the word.
If you take the first step, we’ll help you with the rest.
During the challenge, our team of STEPtember trainers will motivate you to smash your fundraising and stepping goals.
