Big Stepper Day

Friday 5th Sep
Started the day with only a 5min workout yesterday but was able to capitalize on some opportunities that presented during the day. Walk to work from the optometrist in the AM, got off the bus a couple of km's prior to my stop, walk the Lake at lunchtime and football in the evening. Nek minit 25K
