Grateful for my ability to move and walk! Will you support this cause for this Steptember challenge I'm on?
I’m taking on the Steptember challenge: committing to 10,000 steps a day to raise awareness and funds for cerebral palsy. It’s a cause close to many hearts, and I’m proud to be part of something that makes a real difference.
But this isn’t just any challenge for me. A while back, as many are aware, I suffered a serious ankle break, and the road to recovery has been long and tough. So, taking on 10,000 steps a day is not just a fitness goal, it's a personal milestone. It’s nerve-wracking, yes, but also incredibly rewarding no doubt. I’m looking forward to pushing myself, staying active, and proving that resilience can turn setbacks into stepping stones. I am beyond grateful to even be able to walk, like so many can't.
Every step I take this September is for those who face mobility challenges every day. And with your support, we can help fund vital research, therapy, and support services for people living with cerebral palsy.
If you’re able to donate, cheer me on, or even join the challenge yourself, it would mean the world. Let’s make every step count 🧡🌿🌻Spring is here!
