Steptember 25

We’re taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?

We’re stepping up for a month-long mood boost and taking on 10k steps a day. But we really need your help!

Please donate now to our Steptember fundraiser.

You'll give our team a big motivation boost, plus you'll feel great knowing that your gift is helping ensure more babies receive critical cerebral palsy therapy and support in the first 1000 days of life.

Please show your support this Steptember. It will mean so much to our team, and to the children and babies who will grow up with a greater sense of independence.

Donate now for an instant mood boost! Thank you!

Rounding you up to an even $1,000. Great cause. My youngest child spent his first nine months in neo-natal intensive care, then the paediatric ward. Not cerebral palsy related, but I remember the agony parents go though in such circumstances. Belatedly, thank you for the opportunity you gave me at Westpac back in 1995 through to 1998. I was thinking today about public service failures with Robo Debt. Also reflecting on the fragmented structure and process problems within the Dept of Defence, which I’m encountering daily, as I’m back in the Navy working on autonomous uncrewed vessels. This all reminded me of a phrase you first taught me when you were pushing for changes at Westpac: “learned helplessness”. The phrase popped out of my brain this afternoon, which made me remember you, then I checked Linked In and saw your fund raising link. Retirement seems to be agreeing with you. All the best.
