When the Regional Director of Mission, Tony Brennan, rallied his elite squad of Executive Assistants for the epic Step-tember Challenge, he didn’t just call for steps—he summoned a movement.
Under his fiery leadership, these seemingly mild-mannered schedulers and gatekeepers became unstoppable warriors of wellness, striding through corridors, boardrooms, and city blocks like a storm of purpose.
With Fitbits flashing and spreadsheets tracking every victorious step, they battled through back-to-back meetings, coffee shortages, and IT outages, fueled by grit, camaraderie, and a group chat named "RDOMEAs." By month’s end, they hadn't just walked—they’d conquered, turning every hallway into a hero’s path and proving once and for all: no one steps harder than the Assistants of Mission.
It will mean so much to me, and to the children and babies who will grow up with a greater sense of independence.
