Moving 10,000 steps a day is one heck of a challenge, especially for a full-time graphic designer who is bound to her desk! Last year, we raised a whopping $1300, which was a truly magical effort from everyone who donated, and stepped 350,000 steps! I walked everywhere I possibly could - before work, to work, on my lunch breaks and in the evenings.
This year, I’m going to challenge myself to get running. That’s right, these little legs are going to clock up some serious kilometres, and will surely feel the burn. But it will be made easier knowing it's all for a very worthy cause. Every dollar I raise will support life-changing research, treatment, services and assistive technologies to help people with cerebral palsy.
