I’m taking 15,000 steps a day this Steptember to raise awareness for cerebral palsy and show support for those living with CP and the communities around them.
This September, I’m committing to 15,000 steps a day for Steptember — not just as a personal challenge, but to be part of a movement that raises awareness for cerebral palsy (CP).
My goal is to be more consciously aware of the challenges faced by people with CP, and to support and encourage both them and the incredible industry of carers, therapists, researchers, and advocates who stand beside them every day.
Cerebral palsy affects movement and posture, but it does not define a person’s potential. By stepping up — literally — I hope to spark more conversations, build more understanding, and help create a more inclusive world.
Every step I take is a step for awareness, support, and change. If you can, please donate or share this page so together we can keep the momentum going.
