4 Intern Audiologists determined to step and make a difference

Meet Sophia, Nicole, Sherin, and Carol — four passionate intern audiologists who have come together with a shared mission: to make a difference in the lives of children living with cerebral palsy.

As future healthcare professionals, they understand the profound impact that communication and hearing can have on a child’s development and confidence. Children with cerebral palsy often face numerous challenges, from mobility to communication barriers, and access to specialized care and support can be limited. That’s why this September, these four dedicated women are stepping up — literally — by participating in Steptember, a month-long challenge to take at least 10,000 steps every day.

But their journey isn’t just about personal fitness. Each step they take is a step toward hope, inclusion, and better care for children with cerebral palsy. The funds they raise will go directly toward programs and therapies that empower these children to overcome obstacles and find their own voice.
