Stepping Up for Little Lives and Wellbeing
Hi friends,
This September, I’m joining my workplace in the Steptember challenge 10,000 steps every single day for a whole month! It’s a great way to stay active, support an amazing cause and focus on wellbeing.
Steptember raises awareness and funds for babies and children with cerebral palsy, helping them access vital therapy and support during the first 1,000 days of life. I’ve always had a soft spot for little ones, and the thought of giving them the best start in life makes every step worth it.
This month also includes R U OK? Day, which is a great reminder to check in on each other and prioritise mental health, something that’s really important to me. Walking is such a simple way to boost your mood and clear your mind, so this challenge is a win-win.
If you’d like to cheer me on, you can follow my progress or make a donation to support this cause. No pressure, your encouragement means just as much!
Thank you for reading and for supporting something that promotes both physical and mental wellbeing. Here’s to turning steps into smiles and conversations into care. 💛
