I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
Hiya! I’m stepping up for a month-long mood boost and taking on 10k steps a day. But I really need your help!
Please donate now to my Steptember fundraiser.
You’ll give me a much-needed motivation boost, plus you’ll feel great knowing that your gift is helping ensure more babies receive critical cerebral palsy therapy and support in the first 1000 days of life.
Please support me this Steptember.
It will mean so much to me, and to the children and babies who will grow up with a greater sense of independence.
Donate now for an instant mood boost! Thank you!.

Nearly ready
Saturday 30th Aug It’s the weekend before Steptember starts, and I’m getting myself moving early! This week at Priceline Pharmacy Kotara, I decided to reorganise the entire toothpaste section. It might not sound exciting, but let me tell you—there’s a lot of toothpaste. I was up and down, side to side, checking labels, lining things up just right. By the end of it, the shelves looked amazing, and I’d racked up way more steps than usual. It’s a small start, but it reminded me how easy it is to add movement into everyday tasks. Bring on Steptember—my feet (and toothpaste skills) are ready
Why I'm stepping up
Sunday 10th Aug This Steptember, I’ve set myself a personal goal of 1,500 steps per day. For me it’s a real challenge—I usually average around 1,200 steps. That means finding small ways each day to move more: parking a little further away, taking an extra lap around the store at Priceline Pharmacy Kotara, or even pacing while I’m on the phone. It’s about building better habits and pushing myself, step by step. With a clear goal in sight, I’m ready to walk that little bit further every day—for a great cause!
Well done Megs!! Xx
