Since last year, I’ve been on a fitness journey that has completely changed the way I see myself,  and there’s no looking back now! 💪 This September, I’m taking it one step further (literally!) by committing to 10,000 steps every single day as part of Steptember.

But here’s the best part: I’m not just doing this for myself. I’m stepping up to raise funds that will help provide life-changing therapy and support for babies and children living with cerebral palsy,  especially during their first 1000 days of life, when it matters most.
