In 1981 the year I started my first job in a shirt factory Ensign International. I was earning around $70 a week. I work colleague offered to put me in the Melbourne Cup sweep which I won. At that time .. I sometimes think ,I’m like a horse with blinders I see the finish line in a distance and it’s getting closer and closer until we’ve just one step you’re over it . Well, this old working horse has a few more steps in him but I think I’ll grease for now . At Mr. Bean coffee shop.

Where one adventure ends, another adventure starts

The nightwalker strikes again and for the last time with her blood donation 🩸 for some they are meat eaters. I just like to get their things into a nice lump Red beetroot 🩸 whatever juice keeps you going don’t forget the FLOSS after your snack size dinner

Some say life is an adventure. You just have to live every days a new adventure full with new surprises so don’t be just a tourist. Leave it to its full potential. You enjoy a ride. So my journey is nearly over, But it’s just begun. With every day arises a new and brighter sun.

I’ve always loved mechanical things clocks etc. My mother because I got a mechanical mind always ticking all the time. She told me a story when I was a tiny schooler I got sent to the headmaster‘s office and by the time he got there he found his clock off the wall and in pieces I just wanted to see what made it tick curiosity killed the cat but this time it was a clock so if ever you need your clock fixed you know who to call yes and his name is Paul .. I will fix it for you once and for all

Looking forward to our next road trip next year, filling the wind in the hair and pounding the tyres on the road it’s always nice to get away from the big City and enjoy some of the freedoms that life can bring you far stays and weekends away you can’t beat country food

Putting my best foot forward, but oh what a TRIP

I guess it’s a visual next year will be chasing steps both BIG and Small on our short break getaway farm stay And tiny houses will be chasing the ducks and the chickens the cows and the goats and the sheep and Merry many more furry critters so so whether it’s big feet or small next Steptember we will see you there 🐏🐖🐄🐂🐪🦣🦧🦍🦛🐅🐆🦓🐘🐁🕊️🐿️🦤🦔🦩🐑🐐🐓

Sporty Fred by GP Dowsett Freddie was a sporty frog. He would hop and skip and jump but everywhere that Freddie went his head was short to bump. And Freddie would end up on his Lily bed with one tremendous LUMP

Well I never thought I would ever get to the age of 60 though people are living a lot longer since the 19 century penicillin and medical marvels as well as dietary knowledge have expanded human life on this planet but it comes with a price over population food shortages wars and destruction of our Forest sadly is running towards EXTINCTION Sadly our earth is changing and we are Not

Set a cottage Mittagong boys homes these are some of my brothers from different mothers some with disabilities suffer from the stolen generations we were just oddball kids and Parramatta eels were our footy team , some have passed and some are still here

In loving memory of Merle and Bert Roberts my house parents from Sattor College boys Home Mittagong in those days they had over 20 kids in one house and they were my house parents loving and caring giving years of their lives for kids like us. Thank you for your care Mr Roberts one house parent of the year award in the late 80s.

In 1981 Father David Corbett bought me from the boys homes Sattor cottage in Mittagong to Sydney and got me started in my first job a shirt factory I was aged 14 unable to really learn anything at school. I accelerated in my work epic. Now I look forward to my retirement.

Graham comes across the road every morning to visit me wanting a latte extra hot extra extra hot I’m not your common stringbean a Brazilian coffee bean 🫘 endeavour extra HOT 🔥

Every morning I visit Mr. Bean at the coffee shop. He alwaysknows that the first drink is on HIM

In memories of ninja the cat who was a wonderful Cat when I needed to get some sleep and could not settle I would call ninja she would lay down beside me her loyalty was not bought by cat biscuits 🍪

This grey headed CAT takes After his now grey haired DADDY But trust me, I have more BITE 😬

You may say that I am my father‘s spaced out CAT and that I may look Irish I assure you I’m half Italiano you may take that from the string of spaghetti from my LIPS to your TAIL
