Me at Uluru a few weeks ago.

Sunday 7th Sep
It's the end of winter and my fitness is shot. I like to do Steptember to raise money for much needed research and therapy at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. So far I am keeping up and even bettering my goal of doing 7,000 steps a day.
