Stepping up and taking part

Friday 1st Aug
I am stepping up and taking part in this wonderful cause. I will be trying to walk each day around the block. Also if I can’t get out because of the weather being too hot, I will be exercising at home in my lounge room. I could also do some dancing to a game on my Nintendo Wii console, as well as exercise games.
