10,000 Steps To Remember
This is my third year doing Steptember, and for me, it’s much more than just hitting 10,000 steps a day - it’s personal.
I walk in memory of my beautiful niece, who passed away from complications related to Cerebral Palsy. She was so full of light, and even though her time with us was short, she left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
Doing this each year is my way of honouring her. Every step I take is for her - for the love I still carry, and for the hope that other children like her will have access to the support and care they need from the very beginning.
