Since 2023, STEPtember has been one of the fitness challenges I look forward to each year. 💙👟
I love challenging myself while supporting causes that make a meaningful difference, and this September I’m once again stepping up for STEPtember and Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
Every step helps raise awareness and support people living with cerebral palsy, while helping fund vital research, services and early intervention.
This cause has also gained a special little connection for me — World Cerebral Palsy Day falls on my birthday, 6 October. 💚 It makes finishing STEPtember and heading into October feel that little bit more meaningful each year.
So throughout September, I’ll be moving, challenging myself and doing my part — one step at a time.
