The activation:
Vitaco Health brought teams together with a fun-filled Steptember Sports Day, turning fundraising into an afternoon of friendly workplace competition.

The infamous crown
The activation:
Ray White kept motivation high throughout Steptember with a simple but highly effective weekly tradition — crowning their top stepper with a handmade cardboard crown.
How it worked:
Each week, the leading stepper earned the honour of wearing the crown around the office (yes, even in meetings) giving them ultimate bragging rights until the next leaderboard update.
To keep the momentum going, Ray White also rewarded each weekly winner with a coffee voucher, encouraging them to use it to catch up with their Steptember team.
