How it works
1. Recognition
Submissions open Thursday 16 July 2026.
Steptember participants can recognise colleagues through a simple submission form on the Steptember website. There are unlimited submissions, so participants can recognise as many workplace champions as they'd like — including their Workplace Coordinator.
Note: Self-nominations are excluded.
2. CPA Shortlisting
Submissions close Friday 9 October 2026.
CPA reviews submissions and creates organisation shortlists based on the judging criteria.*
3. Final Selection
Organisations endorse finalists before a panel of judges select the overall winner.
