I’m taking on STEPtember this year and I’ve opted for 10,000 steps a day for the whole month. 🚶🏻♀️
I’ll be honest, this year is definitely harder than any other year 😂 as I’m officially part of a team called The Cripples! But we’re keeping each other motivated, getting our steps in and doing our little bit for a cause that really matters. ❤️
Every donation, big or small, helps provide babies and children with cerebral palsy access to critical therapy and support during their first 1,000 days of life. These early interventions can make a meaningful difference to their development, independence and future.
