Steptember 26

Stepping up with the NSB Cyber team this Steptember!

Hi All!

This September I'm joining my team at NSB Cyber to take on 10,000 steps a day for Steptember.

Most of my days are spent at a desk staring at screens, so 28 days of getting up and moving will be a genuine challenge. Worth it, though.

Every dollar raised goes to the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, funding the therapy, equipment and research that helps kids with cerebral palsy get the best possible start, beginning in their first 1,000 days of life.

If you can spare anything at all, it would mean a lot. And if you'd rather keep me honest than donate, feel free to check in on my step count.

Thanks for the support.

Why a cyber team is chasing 10,000 steps

Wednesday 26th Aug

Cyber security is a job you do sitting down. Long investigations, incident response that runs past midnight, hours of analysis without leaving the chair. The work rewards focus, but it does not reward movement.

That's why the NSB Cyber team is taking on Steptember. For 28 days we're aiming for 10,000 steps a day, which means walking meetings, laps between alerts, and stepping away from the screen instead of powering through.

It's a small change with a bigger purpose. Every dollar raised supports the Cerebral Palsy Alliance and the therapy, equipment and research that give kids with cerebral palsy the best possible start in life.

We're moving because we can. Please support a cause that helps others do the same.
