I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
This September, I’m stepping up for a cause that means far more than simply counting steps.
I’m taking part in STEPtember to raise funds and awareness for babies and children living with cerebral palsy, particularly those facing significant challenges from the very beginning of their lives.
For many of us, taking a step is something we barely think about. We get up, walk to work, head to the shops or go for a walk without giving it a second thought.
For a child living with cerebral palsy, movement can be very different.
That is what makes every step this September meaningful.
Why I am Stepping
My goal isn't just about reaching a number on a step counter.
It is about turning something I can do every day into an opportunity to help someone else.
Throughout STEPtember, every walk, every kilometre and every extra effort is a reminder of the children and families who face challenges every day.
Some days I'll hit my target easily.
Other days I'll have to push myself.
But that's part of the journey.
When motivation gets difficult, I'll remember why I started.
Cheers Jason
