All for my cheeky nephew, Jeremy!
This is my 5th year lacing up for Jeremy, raising awareness of cerebral palsy and giving back to Cerebral Palsy Alliance for the support they've given him and our family.
At his 20-week scan, we learned Jeremy has a rare brain condition, Pontocerebellar Hypoplasia (PCH), and doctors weren't sure he'd ever walk or talk. He was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 4 months old and has attended weekly therapy through CPA ever since.
Now 4 years old, Jeremy has smashed milestones we once thought weren't possible. He's the cheekiest, happiest, most confident little boy... always dancing, climbing, and wrestling his two younger sisters!
I'm moving 10,000 steps a day this STEPtember for Jeremy. Support me to raise funds for CPA, who have supported him every step of the way 💕
