I’m stepping up for a month-long Steptember mood boost, aiming to smash around 7.5K steps a day with my trusty walking companion, Rover 🐾🚶♂️, between you and me, Rover seems to think the challenge is actually about sniffing every single tree, pole, bush and blade of grass along the way! 😂🐶
