Royans Steps Up for Steptember
Royans is excited to take part in Steptember — a month-long challenge that brings our teams together, encourages healthy habits, and supports an important cause.
Throughout September, Royans team members will get active, track their steps, and encourage one another across our branches. Whether it is a walk before work, a lunchtime lap with colleagues, taking the stairs, or an after-hours stroll, every step counts.
Steptember is a fantastic opportunity to build connection across the business while promoting wellbeing, teamwork and a little friendly competition. It is also a chance to support people living with cerebral palsy through the broader Steptember initiative.
Our teams are already showing plenty of enthusiasm, with Dandenong ready to set the pace before the competition has even officially begun. We are looking forward to seeing the friendly rivalry build, celebrating individual and branch achievements, and cheering on everyone who gets involved.
