Steptember 2026: Putting My Training Towards a Great Cause
Many of you will know that athletics and endurance training are already a big part of my life. This September, I'm using that passion to support a great cause by taking part in Steptember.
Over the month, I'll be aiming to increase my usual training load and cover the equivalent of around two and a half marathons each week. It's a challenge that will keep me honest while helping raise funds and awareness for people living with cerebral palsy.
Steptember supports initiatives that help people with cerebral palsy access vital therapy, equipment, technology and other opportunities to live fuller, more independent lives.
