I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
๐ This Steptember, every step has a reason. ๐
This September, Iโm committing to 10,000 steps every single day โ but for me, this is so much more than a step challenge.
Iโm doing it for my beautiful niece, who lives with cerebral palsy. ๐
When someone you love is affected by cerebral palsy, you see firsthand the challenges that most of us never have to think twice about. You also see the incredible determination, strength and resilience behind every achievement โ including the ones that others might take for granted.
Thatโs why this cause is so close to my heart.
Every step I take this September is for my niece. For every challenge she has faced, every obstacle she has overcome, and every moment she has shown us just how strong she is.
And Iโm stepping for all the other babies and children with cerebral palsy, so they can have access to early therapy, support and opportunities that can make a life-changing difference.
For most of us, taking 10,000 steps is something we simply decide to do. For others, movement and independence can represent years of therapy, determination and hard work.
That is something Iโll be reminding myself of with every step.
If youโre able to donate, no matter how small the amount, I would be incredibly grateful. Your support will help give children with cerebral palsy the best possible start and help fund vital therapy, research and support for families.
