My Steptember Journey

I've lost over 60kg this year.
Alongside that, I was diagnosed with diabetes, and I've been working hard to bring my blood sugars back down to a normal, healthy level. A few weeks back, I actually got there, on my current medications. It was a genuinely proud moment. Now I'm starting to dial back that medication, and part of making that possible is upping my exercise.
That's where the steps come in. I've been keeping between 10,000 and 12,000 steps a day, and it's honestly become one of the most reliable things I do for my health. Some days it's a proper walk, some days it's just staying on my feet and finding ways to move. It all adds up, and it's clearly working.
Signing up for Steptember is my way of keeping that going, and pushing it further, at a point where it actually matters most. I'm not starting this from zero. I'm building on something that's already changing my life, and I'd love the support to keep it moving in the right direction.
10-12K steps a day. That's my goal, please consider supporting me.
