It's Steptember! I'm taking on 10,000 steps a day — help me keep moving! 👟
Hi! This Steptember, SupaSeed Leadership & Wellness and I are lacing up for a month-long mood boost: 10,000 steps a day, every day.
Because here's what we believe at SupaSeed — wellness isn't a destination. It's a journey of small, repeatable choices that makes up this Life. A walk instead of a scroll. Fresh air instead of another coffee. One step, then another, then 9,998 more. Move your body, lift your mood, clear your head. It really is that simple (Ok, lol, ask me if it's that simple on Day 8).
And the best part? Every step is doing double duty.
Your donation helps make sure more babies receive critical cerebral palsy therapy and support during their first 1,000 days of life — the window that shapes so much of what comes next. Every dollar helps a child grow up with a greater sense of independence.
So here's my ask: join me, or back me.
🚶 Join me — start your own Steptember, walk with us, or just commit to moving a little more this month. Your body will thank you.
💚 Donate — give my legs (and my willpower) a boost, and give a child something far bigger.
Either way, you're part of it. Let's get healthy one step at a time — and change little lives while we're at it.
Donate now for an instant mood boost! Thank you! 🙏
