I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
Last year, I challenged myself to step outside my comfort zone and completed a one-week section of the Camino. It reminded me how powerful a simple step can be and how much can be achieved one day at a time.
This September, I'm taking on a different challenge: 10,000 steps a day for Steptember to help raise funds for babies and children living with cerebral palsy.
Every donation helps provide access to critical therapy and support during the first 1,000 days of life, giving children the best possible start and greater independence as they grow.
