Stepping Up This September for a Cause That Matters 👟
Hey everyone! This September, I'm taking part in STEPtember, a month-long challenge that encourages people to get moving while raising funds for an incredible cause.
Powered by Cerebral Palsy Alliance, STEPtember brings together health, wellbeing, and fundraising in a meaningful way. Throughout September, participants aim for 10,000 steps a day (or take part in other physical activities) while raising funds to support babies and children living with cerebral palsy and their families.
Every step taken and every dollar raised helps fund early detection, therapy, research, and support services. An Australian child is diagnosed with cerebral palsy every 20 hours, and early intervention can make a life-changing difference.
Throughout the month, I'll be looking for every opportunity to get moving, whether that's a morning walk, a lunchtime stroll, or simply adding a few extra steps into my day as every step counts!
If you're in a position to support this meaningful cause, any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. Every contribution will help make a positive difference in supporting babies and children living with cerebral palsy and their families. Thank you!
