Steptember 26

I'm taking on Steptember!

I’m stepping up this September for a month-long mood boost and committing to 10,000 steps a day as part of DHA’s participation in Steptember.

This challenge encourages us to either reach 10,000 steps daily or track more than 40 different activities through the Steptember app or website, making it flexible and inclusive for everyone to take part.

The initiative is run by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, with all funds raised going toward supporting early detection and therapy for babies with cerebral palsy during their first 1,000 days, which is a vital period for early development.

Every step truly counts, and together we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

I would really appreciate your support this Steptember, as it means a great deal to me and also helps babies and children grow up with greater independence and opportunity.

Donating is a simple way to contribute and even brings an instant mood boost knowing you’re helping a worthwhile cause.

Thank you so much for your time and support.
