HELEN MANOCCHIO

Steptember 26

I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?

Hi! I’m stepping up for a month-long Energy boost and taking on 10k steps a day. But I really need your help!

Please donate now to my Steptember fundraiser.

You’ll give me a much-needed motivation kick, plus you’ll feel great knowing that your gift is helping ensure more babies receive critical cerebral palsy therapy and support in their first 1,000 days of life.

Donate now for an instant shoe boost! Thank you!

ROTTNEST ISLAND and STEPS

Friday 25th Sep
Hit 20,436 steps one day on Rottnest Island.  Big help towards my monthly target of 300K steps.  Nothing like walking in a beautiful natural environment devoid of the sound of vehicles.  Only Cycling and walking allowed on the island.   Recommend everyone go there.

10,000 steps on a Sunday Morning

Tuesday 8th Sep
Father's day morning took full advantage of the great sunshine and did a walk along the Onkaparinga River.  Such a relaxing walk.  Managed to meet over half of my day's total.   Next weekend will be a walk around Rottnest Island in WA.  Look out for that one.
