Stepping up and out for STEPtember! 👟✨
I’m taking on STEPtember this month to support people living with cerebral palsy, and to cheer on our champion little niece, Bella! The Emery fam has put together a fantastic team, and I’ve officially jumped on board.
Since my big move to Queensland, my daily routine has been a bit all over the place as I settle my little family in. Over the last 18 months, and especially since the start of the year, daily walking and swimming had become such a huge part of my lifestyle. Having this incredible cause gives me the exact motivation I need to get back into stride. Day one is already in the bag with 10,000 steps down!
I’m so endlessly proud of everything the family does, and I can’t wait to rack up the kilometres alongside Luke, Dimity, and all the kids. Maxie, Charlie, and Koby will definitely be getting their fair share of walks in to help hit those daily goals!
Every dollar goes directly toward life changing equipment, therapy, and research for people living with cerebral palsy. If you have a few spare dollars to support our team, any donation to the Emery Fam would mean the world to me.
Thank you so much for the support and love! Let’s get stepping! 💙
