I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
Hi! 👋
This September, I’m swapping the lab bench for the pavement and taking on 10,000 steps a day for Steptember — a whole month of walking, moving, and hopefully convincing myself that taking the long way is always a good idea!
I’m doing it to raise money for children with cerebral palsy, helping give babies access to critical therapy and support during their first 1,000 days of life — a period that can make such a huge difference to their development, independence and future.
I’m lucky that I get to work in healthcare research, so supporting better health outcomes is something that genuinely matters to me. This time, I’m just swapping the lab coat for sneakers. 🥼➡️👟
