Steptember 26

I'm taking on Steptember for the 4th time in 5 years!

I’m taking on STEPtember again, but this year is completely different!

Previous years I would up my step game, stepping up to 16,000+ steps per day, achieving over 100,000 steps in the year 2024!

But unfortunately the healing has been slower than we all thought with my back injury sustained at work. I’m on the list for spinal surgery end of this year start of next 🤞🏻 and barely can make 1,000 steps per day.

So this year my goal is VERY different.

My daily goal is to at least reach 2,000 steps per day for thirty days!

Please cheer me on and if you’d like to donate some $ it truly is a wonderful cause.

You’ll give me a much-needed motivation boost, plus you’ll feel great knowing that your gift is helping ensure more babies receive critical cerebral palsy therapy and support in their first 1,000 days of life.

Please cheer me on this Steptember.

It will mean so much to me, and to the children and babies who will grow up with a greater sense of independence.

Donate now for an instant mood boost! Thank you!
