September 1 marks the 29th birthday of Jungkook from BTS - but also the start of STEPtember for 2026.
While both have a huge impact, I'm spotlighting Cerebral Palsy through STEPtember.
9 is my number:
- The median age of diagnosis of cerebral palsy is 9 months.
- The median age of first hospitalisation of cerebral palsy is 9 years old.
- In the 9th month of the year, I will tackle 9k steps a day (including whatever exercise the conversation took says is equivalent)
- The goal is $900!
- As a total aside, both Jungkook and I are 29 this year.
