Steptember 26

Steptember: Steps, parkruns and a half marathon!

This September, I’m taking on Steptember while training for a few running goals along the way!

I probably won't hit my step target every single day (let’s be realistic!), but between regular training runs, parkrun every Saturday, Bridge to Brisbane, and preparations for my first half marathon on the Kedron course on 27 September, I’ll be doing my best to keep moving.

The great thing about Steptember is that every step counts towards something bigger. By donating, you'll be helping babies and children with cerebral palsy access vital therapy and support during their first 1,000 days of life, giving them the best possible start.

So whether I’m out for a training run, squeezing in a few extra steps after dinner, or questioning my life choices halfway through a long run, I’ll know it’s for a great cause.

If you can spare a few dollars, I’d really appreciate your support. Every donation helps make a difference.
