Monday 7th SepApparently 10,000 steps a day sounded like a good idea when I signed up… 😂🤦🏽♂️
So here we are — Steptember! 👟
For the month, I’ll be clocking up the steps, questioning some of my life choices, and probably discovering muscles I didn’t know existed. 😂
But behind the laughs is a cause genuinely worth walking for.
Every donation helps support babies and children living with cerebral palsy, including access to critical therapy and support during their first 1,000 days of life — helping give them greater independence and opportunities for the future. 💙
So here’s the deal:
