This Steptember, I'm part of SPF: Strategic Pace Force, an organisational team where we are each taking on the challenge of walking at least 6,000 steps every day throughout September.
As a team, we're turning small daily actions into something much bigger by raising funds for children and families affected by cerebral palsy.
Every dollar donated helps provide access to critical early intervention, therapy and support during a child's first 1,000 days, a period that can make a lifelong difference.
