I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
I’m taking part in STEPtember because disability is something that has always been close to my heart.
I work as a Disability Support Worker, where I get to support people with disabilities every day, and I’ve seen firsthand how important inclusion, understanding and genuine support can be.
I also have a personal connection to disability through my brother, who has additional support needs. Being his sister has given me a different perspective and has shown me how much of a difference the right support, opportunities and people around you can make.
STEPtember is a chance for me to challenge myself, get moving and, most importantly, raise awareness and funds to support people living with disability.
Every step I take throughout STEPtember is for a reason. ❤️
