The juggle is REAL. But maybe there’s hope…
Since getting back into an office-based role, I find myself once again, sedentary, in front of a computer screen for long hours and snacking on whatever might be at hand. It is only fitting then, that my workplace is driving this initiative to encourage more movement, getting a better balance with work and mental health, and topping it all off by supporting a worthy cause.
Steptember is all about raising critical funds to support early detection and therapy for babies with cerebral palsy.
I’m committed to these 10k steps a day but this is where I need your help! Your donation will give me a much-needed motivation boost, and I will gladly carry your donation with me as I trek, cycle, stretch and Pilates my way through this month. I also hope that it gives you the warm and fuzzies, knowing that your gift is helping ensure more babies receive critical cerebral palsy therapy and support in the first 1000 days of life.
