This year, I'm trying to keep my efforts a little simpler and focus on the task at hand.

I'm aiming to hit 20 000 steps a day Mon-Fri, with the option to take it easier on the weekends at 12 000 a day (though knowing what I'm like I probably won't be able to resist getting 20s across the board!)

All donations are incredibly appreciated, but never expected!

I know times are tough and that it's something of a privilege to donate to good causes, so for every $500 I gain in donations from others, I'm chipping in another $100 myself.
