Hi folks!
This year I'm participating in STEPtember in honour of my adorable baby nephew, Silas!
Silas was recently diagnosed with cerebral palsy following birth trauma. He's a sweet little muffin, but his life will come with challenges that most of us will never have to think about.
I'll be walking 10,000 steps every day in September to raise money and awareness for CP. Every donation helps support people like Silas.
