Walking With Gratitude: Steptember 2026 ✨🙏🏼✨

For the third year, I’m stepping up for Steptember — committing to 10,000 steps a day throughout September to help raise vital funds for babies and children living with cerebral palsy.
This challenge has become something quite special to me. I love that it arrives with spring, my birthday month and Virgo season — a natural invitation to move, reset and step into a new season with intention.
I also find myself feeling deeply grateful every time I take part. Movement is something I never want to take for granted. Being able to walk, explore, dance, stretch, wander and simply move through the world in my body is something worth celebrating.
That’s why I’m asking for your support this Steptember. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps support critical therapy and services for babies during their first 1,000 days of life — helping give children the best possible start and greater independence as they grow.
If you can donate, thank you - any amount helps. And if you can’t, there are so many additional ways to support me — share my page, send some encouragement, or simply follow along with my 10K-a-day adventure.
Thank you for helping me turn my gratitude for movement into something that
can help another child move towards greater independence. 💛
Now… let’s get stepping! 👟🌸🫶🏻
