I'm taking on Steptember with Work!
10k steps a day isn't exactly a stretch when you run marathons for fun. But here's the thing I've never done in any of those runs: asked people to donate to a cause while I do it.
This Steptember I'm fixing that. I'm joining a team of the amazing women at work for a month of moving more, so, instead of just chasing another PB quietly, I'm using it as an excuse to raise money for something that matters: helping babies get critical cerebral palsy therapy and support in their first 1,000 days of life.
The steps will happen either way. The difference this time is what they're for.
If you've ever wondered how to sponsor one of my runs, this is your chance — and it goes further than steps ever could.
