We're back for round 2!
Hi! We're back again for STEPtember this year, a fundraiser very close to my heart.
In 2023, my son Talis was diagnosed with mild spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Since then, we have been blessed with an incredible team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, doctors and neurologists that have all supported Talis's growth and development. With their help, Talis continues to smash every goal set before him. In the early stages of our CP journey, the Cerebral Palsy Alliance played a vital role in ensuring we had access to the necessary early intervention treatment and support that we needed.
Cerebral palsy is a lifelong condition that affects 1 in 700 Australians. For the month of September I will be hitting 10,000 steps each day to show Talis that we can tackle any challenge in our way and to help raise life-changing funds.
