***Willow's Story***
This September, our family & Willow's amazing support network will be supporting the STEPTEMBER initiative that raises money for cerebral palsy. 100% of the money donated goes to Cerebral Palsy Alliance who allocate it to the greatest need throughout Australia E.g. Research, equipment, programs and therapy centres.
Our family will be walking 10 000 steps each day in support of our almost 4 year old daughter, Willow ‘The Warrior’ Kemp. Willow was diagnosed with moderate to severe cerebral palsy caused by Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) at birth (HIE occurs in 0.5-1% of 1000 live births in Australia with up to 60% of infants dying).
Over the past 3 fundraising campaigns, we have raised over $35000 for Cerebral Palsy!
