Walking 10k steps a day? In this economy?!
Yes it's true. The person who avoids the gym, like a plague and usually reserves steps for exploring airport terminals and buffets is participating in Steptember. Fitness? Never heard of her. But I'm ready to hit the pavement for my first Steptember challenge.
I am sacrificing my couch potato status to raise funds for a vital cause; ensuring more babies receive critical cerebral palsy therapy and support in their first 1,000 days of life. It's a critical window of development.
