Stepping for Silas in 2026!
This year I'm stepping for baby Silas - who is one of my dearest friends' nephews.
He has recently been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy - so organisations like Steptember will be a key resource for his family over the coming years as they support him to ensure he has the best life possible.
I'm so excited to be part of this incredible movement for a cause this September! 10k steps a day may not sound like a lot - but having the physical health for that much daily movement is absolutely a blessing that I do not take for granted, and one which many people with Cerebral Palsy don't get to share in.
